EmployReady Training: Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment and Payment

• Eligibility: To enrol in the EmployReady Training, participants must be at least 18 years old and meet any specific entry requirements outlined for each program.
• Course Fee: The total cost of the 4-week training program is £100. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via gocardless only.

2. Course Structure and Participation

• Program Duration:Each training program is designed to be completed within 4 weeks. Attendance and participation in all scheduled sessions are mandatory.
• Course Materials: All necessary materials and resources will be provided by The Trade Academy.
• Attendance:Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion. If a participant is unable to attend a session, they must inform the instructor in advance. Failure to attend multiple sessions may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

3. Completion and Certification

• Assessment:Participants will be assessed throughout the course based on their performance in theoretical tasks.
• Certification:Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will receive a certificate of completion from The Trade Academy.
• Employment Guarantee:Employment will be confirmed within 2 months of completing the training, subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to the program’s requirements. If we are unable to secure an employer for you, your payment will be fully refunded.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy:If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment, they must do so at least 7 days before the start of the program to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund. If we are unable to secure an employer for you within 2 months from the start of your training, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
• Program Cancellation:The Trade Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program if necessary. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

5. Code of Conduct

• Professional Behaviour:Participants are expected to maintain a professional attitude and behaviour throughout the course. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, or disruptive behaviour, may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
• Respect for Others: All participants must treat instructors, fellow students, and The Trade Academy staff with respect. Discrimination, bullying, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Liability: The Trade Academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the training program.
• Disclaimer:While The Trade Academy makes every effort to guarantee employment within 2 months, employment opportunities are also contingent on the participant’s performance, behaviour, and the current job market.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Data Usage:The Trade Academy collects and stores personal information solely for the purpose of administering the training program. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
• Photography and Media: By enrolling, participants consent to the use of their images in any promotional materials for The Trade Academy, unless they explicitly opt out in writing.

8. Amendments

• Changes to Terms: The Trade Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
