A Level 4 Sales Executive operates in Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets, selling specific products or services. They manage the full sales process—from planning and engaging with customers to closing deals. Their responsibilities include maintaining existing customer accounts and generating new business by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.

Sales Executives understand their products or services in detail and are skilled at matching customer needs with appropriate solutions. They build strong relationships through effective communication, trust, and product knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.

They can be found across a wide range of industries, including Technology, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Recruitment, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Utilities, and Automotive. Common job titles include Sales Consultant, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, and Field Sales Executive.

Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentice’s needs, the frequency of these sessions may vary.
