Course Overview
A Content Creator Apprentice is responsible for developing and producing content for various media platforms, including digital, social media, broadcast, and print, in line with customer or client briefs. This apprenticeship helps build skills in preparing and crafting media messaging to engage audiences effectively, aligning with the brand’s strategy and objectives. It also focuses on time management, written English, and the ability to interact with different audiences and adapt approaches to meet customer needs. A passion for technology and creating exceptional online experiences is essential.
The content created can be used in media, advertising, and marketing campaigns. Content Creator Apprentices work closely with designers and developers, using authoring tools and languages to produce content for the web, including video, images, text, social media posts, and web pages. This role is typically office-based and can be found in advertising, marketing, and digital agencies, or in interactive roles for broadcasters.


Qualification Achieved
On completion of this apprenticeship, you will hold a Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Learning and Assessment
Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentice’s needs, the frequency of these sessions may vary.
End Point Assessment
Each apprentice must undergo an independent end-point assessment to determine the outcome of their apprenticeship. The assessments will evaluate the knowledge, skills and behaviours gained during their programme. The methods in which this apprenticeship is assessed are:
- Assessment method 1 - project or campaign evaluation report, presentation of additional/new content and questions
- Assessment method 2 - professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
Entry Requirements
Entry requirements for apprenticeships vary depending on the level and type of apprenticeship, as well as the employer.
General requirements be:
- At least 16 years old,
- Not be in any other education
- Live in England.
